Patients set the agenda

RPSKe was started by people already living with kidney disease. The work is simple to name and hard to do: keep treatment possible, and keep patients in the room when decisions are made.

Vision

A better daily life for every renal patient in Kenya.

Mission

Awareness, treatment, and management, with a bias toward care that prevents kidney failure or makes it livable.

Why the dues exist

Ksh 500 to join, then Ksh 200 a month. That money moves people to hearings, prints plain-language notes, and keeps the Karura walk open. It is not a commercial budget.
